JAIL POPULATION AS OF APRIL 7 ( 31 MALES & 4 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 35 INMATES

 

ARRESTS

On April 1st Deputy Davenport arrested Jessica Renee Davis from Weogufka, AL. on a warrant      Probation Violation. She was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On April 2nd Deputy Davenport arrested William Thomas Tice from Weogufka, AL. on a warrant for Non-Support of a Child. He was processed and released on a $ 1,000 bond to await trial.

On April 3rd Deputy Lipscomb arrested Stacy Lynn Harris from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana 2nd and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd. She was processed and released on a $ 20,000 bond to await trial.

On April 3rd Deputy Lipscomb arrested Jacqueline Lynn Simmons from Birmingham, AL. on the charge of Theft of Property 1st. She was processed and released on a $ 2,000 bond to await trial.

On April 5th Deputy Davenport arrested Christopher Daniel Harmon from Weogufka, AL. on a warrant for Criminal Trespass 3rd. He was processed and released on a $ 500 bond to await trial.

On April 6th Sgt. Jones arrested Tristen Drake Slay from Goodwater, AL. on warrants for Possession of Marijuana 2nd, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st, Possession of a Controlled Substance X 2, Promoting Prison Contraband and a warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond on the Probation charge and a $ 35,000 bond for the other 5 charges until his court date.

CALLS FOR SERVICE

STEWARTVILLE

On April 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 41 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

On April 2nd Stewartville first Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 66 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On April 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 41 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the person and determined that everything was ok.

On April 4th a Deputy was dispatched to Live Oaks Lane after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On April 5th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 53 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the person.

On April 5th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the person and learned that they had warrants in another County. The Deputy transported the person to the County Line and turned them over to the other Agency.

On April 6th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 150 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

HANOVER

On April 1st a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 near CR 49 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.

On April 5th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 75 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

MOUNT OLIVE

On April 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to Gamble Drive after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and one person was arrested for Theft of Property 1st.

KEYNO

On April 1st a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

KELLYTON

On April 1st Kellyton Medics and Deputies were dispatched to Elm Trail after a resident requested medical assistance. A report was completed and the person was transported to a local hospital by private vehicle.

On April 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 130 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and the issue was resolved without incident.

On April 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that it appeared to be disabled.

On April 3rd Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 near Hwy 115 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. One person was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On April 4th a Deputy was dispatched to McClellan Industrial Park after receiving a report of a business burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the business and determined that the alarm was false.

On April 4th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report some lost property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

RICHVILLE

On April 4th Sheriff Howell and Deputy Cook attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where they presented the monthly crime report for the area.

On April 4th Rockford First Responders and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 22 near CR 152 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

ROCKFORD

On April 1st Deputy Davenport attended the Union Square Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.

On April 1st a Deputy was dispatched to Circle Drive after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On April 2nd Kellyton Medics, Stewartville First Responders and a Deputy were dispatched to Murphy Sawyer Drive after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On April 2nd Rockford First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Washington Street after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On April 5th Rockford First Responders, Rockford Police Department, and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On April 7th Kellyton Medics, Rockford First Responders and a Deputy were dispatched to Murphy Sawyer Drive after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On April 7th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.

On April 7th Rockford First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to Hwy 22 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Elmore County Hospital.

LAKE MARTIN

On April 1st Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Pleasure Island Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On April 7th a Deputy was dispatched to Narrow Cove after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and discovered that it was occupied by four juveniles. An information report was completed and the juveniles were turned over to their parents.
